Does anyone own one of these? http://www.tototek.com/store/index.php? ... ucts_id=52
I'm thinking about getting one so I can use an Playstation arcade stick on my Saturn. I'm wondering if they are any good (work with most controllers, no noticeable input delay, don't fry the console, that kind of information).
Tototek Saturn Joypad Converter
Re: Tototek Saturn Joypad Converter
I've been using it with my X-arcade and I haven't noticed any lag, although I wouldn't be able to notice any small amount as I'm not hardcore or anything when it comes to response time. Really easy to use though, and I consider it a pretty decent price.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not really hardcore either, so if you don't notice anything, I probably won't either.Marspants wrote:I've been using it with my X-arcade and I haven't noticed any lag, although I wouldn't be able to notice any small amount as I'm not hardcore or anything when it comes to response time. that looks pretty solid. I may have to pick one up myself.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

I'm too busy trying to keep track of 6 characters on Guardian Heroes to appreciate the apparatus!

I own 2 and they're great, however it is not good for fighting games if you care.
The button layout does not work well for fighters (i.e Xmen Vs. Street Fighter) as shown in this document: http://www.tototek.com/pio/main1/SUBMEN ... SATpad.pdf
The fighter games do not allow you to map L(R2) or R(L2) as say LP, MP, HP or LK, MK, HK
presumably you would want to use R2 for HK
