If anything, it might be worth LESS. First hand, I've come across more Not For Resale versions then I have regular versions.

My copy says the same thing. I guess there wasn't a big used game market back then so I don't think they would want people getting copies second-hand without paying Sega some money... I could be wrong though.

Was just the bundled version. I guess it was to keep the indie dealers from pulling the game out and making an extra $50 or whatever off it.

This, from what I understand. They weren't trying to prevent you from selling it used, they were trying to prevent shops from ripping you off.
