this is freaking me out, majorly. just today i had a guy from ADT security come and try and give me an estimate since there were two break-ins just down the street from me. looks like i really need to stop putting off looking into renter's insurance.

In order to file an insurance claim for theft, you will need to file a police report.

True, and the only time I filed a claim was when the car was stolen... I didn't really bother with the tools... Ironically, they were stolen out of the car, so I basically put my next set of tools in the house everyday...
