I suppose that's good. I don't really know the prices of any keyboards with less than 88 keys, but it is a Korg.

It's typically hitting $300-$400 on eBay in worse physical condition than that.YoshiEgg25 wrote:I suppose that's good. I don't really know the prices of any keyboards with less than 88 keys, but it is a Korg.
It says it's not getting any sound which is a common issue with it caused by the internal CR2032 battery dying and wiping the patch RAM clean.
A simple battery swap and reloading the sounds via the cassette port with a patch cable from the computer and I'm all set to play!
EDIT!: Here's a demo of it:
Not to mention it comes in the original hard shell ATA flight case Korg offered for it back in '84.
My Consoles:
Genesis - Nomad - SegaCD - GameGear - Sega Saturn - Dreamcast - NES - SNES - N64 - Gamecube - Wii - Playstation - PSone & LCD - PS2 - PS3 - Xbox - 3DS

Re: Video Game "Finds of the Day"
Thanks, I'm pretty psyched for it as I've wanted a synthesizer for forever and never had a real shot at one until now.NSBAceAttorney wrote:Dude that's awesome. Enjoy it, that's a great keyboard.
I bought a Commodore 64 not too long ago to use for it's awesome bass sounds and incredible sound as a drum machine, but never really touched it as I didn't have the MIDI sequencer cart for it. Now that I have the Korg to use as a lead machine I'll probably finally buy this for it:

Check out the Demo on the page it's awesome stuff.
Direct vid links for those of you lazy fellows:

Demo Song for the cart that comes pre-programmed:
When used solely as a Drum Machine it's identical in sound to a Roland 606 or 808!

Re: Video Game "Finds of the Day"
Found a PS dual analog (SCPH-1180) controller at goodwill for $1. It's pretty dirty, has a few scratches, and a small tear in the outer wire casing, but it works.
Re: Video Game "Finds of the Day"
I exchanged a copy of MW2 which I won in a contest for a new copy of FFXIII, not overtly excited about it, but want it in the collection while its still easy to find (and free!).

Very cool! Congrats! For the ones that don't know not significance, a rare find!zxqdms wrote:Found a PS dual analog (SCPH-1180) controller at goodwill for $1. It's pretty dirty, has a few scratches, and a small tear in the outer wire casing, but it works.
I am still keeping an eye out for the 1150 model!
You can now play all the older PSX pre Dual Shock games with the sticks of your Dual Analog.
Bigger then the regular Dual Shock!!

That thread is where I first learned about these controllers. I see dual shock controllers at goodwill pretty often, never expected to find this one.CRTGAMER wrote:Very cool! Congrats! I noticed that, I think it's more comfortable to hold than the dual shock. You can now play all the older PSX pre Dual Shock games with the sticks of your Dual Analog.
