Never had an interest in these type of add-ons, but it has 4megs of extra backup memory. I haven't gotten it to work yet ... I'm a little worried something might be wrong with the cart slot.

I think the guy didn't do much research. Most of the problems he listed were the result of corporate bungling at SoA, not any fault of the Saturn or its developers.xan_racketBOY_fan wrote: Thanks, I'll be sure to try it out. Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

I can add to that. I have around 70 and there are still some that I'm missing.

I mentioned the Genesis being quite the looker in another thread as well. It reminds me of KITT of Knight Rider fame.benderx wrote:

I actually havn't played most of the games I listed, although my Saturn wish list definitely has more than 30. Probly around 50-70. I think I actually own like, 15.WrathOskvro wrote:I can add to that. I have around 70 and there are still some that I'm missing.

It has karaoke functions in addition to built in MPEG video support. It even has a GPS navigation system and can plug into your car's cigarette lighter. I'm not kidding.xan_racketBOY_fan wrote:WOW! That's B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L!

Simple? Elegant? Durable? What the hell are you guys all smoking? That bulky XBOX Jr.?
I have FOUR on-hand because two need to be cobbled together (one has a dead cart slot, the other a faulty laser motor).
Personally don't like optical-media-based systems though; I'd much rather back a GBSP, NGPC, or WSC.

Breetai's the only one that gets points for picking out a sexy SS model. You want a simple and elegant, look at a Treamcast (except the jumbo-screen version) or Dreamtrooper.Breetai wrote:This IS a Saturnbenderx wrote:Best looking console very sleek look.

My scheduling skills have died of dysentery; I hope to visit at least on a monthly basis.
Still, don't forget to tip your waitress.
