I wouldn't mind a Steam version, but Sega aren't interested.

I'll be getting it for 360 for the HD. Playing it with the analogue stick is no problem for me. I will probably only be buying episode one as a download though. After that I'll wait for all the episodes to be released in disc form.

Afaict no Sega exec has promised disc compilations so far, but knowing Sega and their love for compilations it might be a possibility for 8th gen hardware.

The running feet animation is very awkward, might be a game-breaker for me. =(

Really? Are you basing that on videos from the newer builds of the game or the older ones? I'd agree that it originally looked odd, but I think they got it looking pretty awesome for the latest build.

has anyone played this yet? it's out. i got the demo, it seems pretty fun. my girlfriend loved it. i'm sure i'll end up purchasing it.

A lot of us posted our opinions in this thread "Project Needlemouse (Sonic 4) Thoughts, opinions"
And my short opinion of the game on the Wii is that it has some issues but good out weighs them. Its a real good game.
