What is the best arcade stick for each system?

or one of the similar-looking ones.

Personally I prefer the Hori for GCN, but I'm also a bit of a crazy perfectionist about my collection, so I really wanted an "official" GCN product rather than something with a PS1 logo on it. That being said, you should REALLY be all set with one of yr PS1/2 sticks (or get a RetroPort to use the SNES Advantage on the Cube for GBPlayer stuff).

I don't know about PS1/2>Wii.
Is the GCN Hori stick's build identical to the HRAP2? Is it the same but with a different color and logo?

What do you know about how that converter maps buttons? Anything weird? Have you run into Wii games that haven't supported the GCN stick that you wish did?
the converter maps it really well. CRTGamer actually once mapped it out for me by request but I can't find the topic now.

I'm not familiar with the HRAP2.

Hey which Wii arcade stick do you guys think is better the Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom arcade stick, the Hori stick, or the Arcade Fighter stick made by DreamGear. All three of them are relatively the same price on Amazon so I was just wondering which one you guys think is the best? Thanks

The TvC stick is definitely better than the Hori. I haven't tried the Arcade Fighter yet.

Im a recent convert of arcade sticks for fighters, and cant believe i used controllers all this time.

I picked up a pair of the wireless Hori Tekken 6 sticks for the 360 and am impressed. People seem to dislike it, but I dont have any issues so far, granted I am not playing professionally or anything, but it is responsive enough for me.

I picked up this stick originally for PSX:

Its made by interact, and was surprisingly responsive on my ps2. I bought an adapter to try it out on my ps3, and currently have it taken apart for some cosmetic and button mods. If this stick works out well, I will hopefully get an adapter for my DC.

If it's got sanwa denshi components, a square gate, an' the Sega Astro City (or similar) button layout then it's good by me!

I have one of these and it is fantastic. Came with cables for the NES, SNES and Mega Drive/Master System/Amiga/Commodore.

Mine came in a cardboard box, by the way. It did not come with that cool bag. Bought it for $100 on ebay and it was brand new, never opened. I think I lucked out.

I take it you bought one from the same person I did last fall. The sticks are a bit stiff. I haven't used mine enough to see if the loosen, nor had I cracked it open to see if it is adjustable. Most stick snobs would probably want to immediately replace the sticks and buttons with Sanwa or Seimitsu parts.
