Ticked: Apparently if you were to change the date of your already booked flight, even if it's an emergency it would cost about $400.. Some customer service huh?

Usually it's only $150, and usually you get an allowance of one free change of flight per year. I've had to do this several times in the past year, and trust me, be kind and patient with customer service and they will help you out.
