EDIT: All sorted. They changed the order to the Japanese version
WARNING about Yesasia.
I pre ordered Gran Turismo 5 Prologue Asian version which was supposed to ship on 12 december 2007.
So I get an e-mail from them claiming that the shipping date has been postponed to 23 december 2007.
So I asked them to send me the Japanese version. This is their reply:
With regards to your order 4883489, this item has been marked clearly on our website as a non-cancelable product showing: "This product cannot be cancelled or returned after the order has been placed unless the product is defective". We apologize that we would not be able to fulfil your request to cancel this item and replace with another version in this order.
Nice huh!
But now for their next mail:
With reference to the following item 'Gran Turismo 5 Prologue (Asian Version)' in your order 4883489, the expected ship out date has been revised to Jan/30/2008.

Sounds weird.
They made an agreement to send your game at the assigned date. If they break that agreement surely you can do the same and cancel?
Check what your rights are about these kind of things in your country.
Ring your credit card company and block payment? (dont know how wise this option would be though TBH).
