Just a heads up: "bad bathroom habits (such as reading on the toilet) is actually attributed to the majority of hemorrhoids cases." I'd assume playing Video Games on the toilet would be just as bad. The problem is that you're most likely sitting on the toilet for longer than you need to actually go to the bathroom.
