No that's not the point I'm making at all. I'm saying that having masses of sales doesn't make a game brilliant. Neither does having non-existent sales make a game suck. I'm arguing that Modern Warfare 2 is a crap game. It's all style and absolutely no substance. The single player is just atrocious, and pathetically short (3 hours on my first play through on PC) for such a high budget game. The multiplayer is just vapid. I'm just completely perplexed as to why the game is regarded so highly. It seems that the only argument anybody ever has in favour of the game is that it's the sequel to Modern Warfare. Considering the vacuous berks that bought the game in droves, it's hardly surprising. To be fair, I'm glad the COD morons don't sully my BC2 experience with their presence. However I am grateful for the easy kills whenever they do decide to play the game. Thanks for the free experience, chumps.
Modern Warfare is already in the list, is it really necessary to include it's inferior sequel whilst simultaneously overlooking the vastly superior Bad Company 2? Just solidifies my point that IGN isn't written by real gamers any more. It is purely written to appease the lowest common denominator every time. Garbage.
