F*** Metacritic. They're still unique games that define the system far more than SSF4, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Red Dead Redemption, Mass Effect, Left 4 Dead 2, etc etc etc.

They should have just made this list "IGN's Top 25 Multiplatform Games".

Man, they missed out on a ton of great games. Even a bunch of one's important to the console's success are missing! [Dead Rising, Final Fantasy XIII, etc.]

Halo is a big piece of over hyped garbage. To see it on this crap list multiple times puts throw up in my mouth.

It was the one huge upcoming exclusive PS3 owners could hold over 360 owner's heads, and it was the poster child for the system's hardware superiority claims. When the game was announced for the 360, it was a huge loss for the PS3 and a huge victory for the 360. You can't say that wasn't a defining moment in the 360's life.

The PS3 is the better looking version, the PS3 version has outsold the 360 in the available regions by alot. Not to mention that alot of people hated it.

The list is completely irrelevant considering that they listed Modern Warfare 2, but didn't even mention Bad Company 2. Considering that one game is a complete piece of shit that I would rather eat my own face than play and the other is Bad Company 2, it just makes this list seem like it was written by a bunch of casual gamers who wouldn't know a good game if it smacked them in the face.

Well done for cementing my opinion that IGN is one of the worst gaming websites on the net. Fuck, I think I'd rather trust the game reviews in the fucking Daily Mirror for fucks sake.
