So I've been getting all these 2D Fighters for the Saturn and they tend to be the Japanese version of the game.
I understand I can get the 4 in 1 Action Replay and an USA Saturn and I can play the imports or I can just get an Japanese Saturn.
My question is, is the Japanese Saturn region locked?
