Hey guys, it's been a long while, but I've finally updated my blog.
I thought you may all be interested to check out some old Shenmue articles from the UK magazine, GamesMaster, which I have scanned for you. These date from about 1999 to 2001.

The order was messed up. Fixed it now. Hope you enjoy.
P.S. Sorry about the quality. A few are a bit grainy.

I got a few of those turn-of-the-century-design GM issues, they covered the Dreamcast pretty well compared to other multiplat publications, and 90% for Shenmue was a fair score. Thanks for the trouble!
No worries mate. And it was Shenmue 2 that got 90%. Shenmue 1 got 94%.
Yeah Gamesmaster covered the Dreamcast really well. Man it brings back so much memories. Those times before the internet was really mainstream, where I used to buy games magazines for all the latest infomation. The hype surrounding Sega's new console was so amazing back then for me.
I was a huge fan of Gamesmaster as a kid, buying it every month. Kind of stopped buying it by about the time the Dreamcast came out though. I don't think it was quite as good as the old Gamesmasters by about 2001. There seemed to be a deteriation in the quality. Maybe that was just me though.

I added these scans to my "Dreamcast related magazines and scans mega pack", I hope you don't mind, I am just trying to preserve many magazine articles DC related and archive them at 1 site.

Thanks for sharing those. Very interesting to see what publications were saying at the time of release since I didn't discover Shenmue until it had already been out for at least a year or so.
