Where are the good games?

Post by RCBH928 »

Whenever I ask any one about the Saturn, they would say the good games are released only in Japan.

So I looked into Racketboy's guides, I couldn't find japanese games guide, or I can't concentrate enough to notice it.
I tried to look in youtube and google, I didn't find much results
I used terms such as: Saturn, japanese, games, and imports

I can't speak Japanese so I can't look into their sites,
SO can some one show me where I can find the best japanese saturn games with reviews and videos?

Quick question relating to good Saturn games, I was going to start a new thread:

Wipeout 2097 PAL version, does it work well in a US system using Action Replay 4 in 1?

I was going to get the Wipeout XL JPN version but I found a PAL 2097 version that is complete and much cheaper. Please help!

Okay, My Top 5 Japan-Only Saturn games (those with pre-requisite comprehension of the Japanese language have been omitted):

5. Dungeons & Dragons Collection
4. Soukyugurentai
3. Street Fighter Zero 3
2. Bulk Slash
1. Radiant Silvergun

The tragedy is that alot of the wonderful games worth playing are so deep in the Japanese language that you won't be able to enjoy them.

here's my five favorite where language is not an issue:
- Radiant Silvergun
- Assault Suits Leynos 2
- Layer Section II
- Willy Wombat
- Prikura Daisakusen

here's my five favorite where language will definitely be an issue:
- Nanatsu no Shima Monogatari
- Wachenroder
- Shining Force III: Scenario 2 (though it's translated now, i think)
- Tengai Makyou: The Apocalypse IV
- Princess Crown
