Saturn Model 2 Mod help

I have 32 pin IC saturn Model 2

I have connected the mod chip using the A+B method.

I get the boot animation

a 15 sec lag at the Saturn logo

then loads to cd player with 2 green cubes

The CD never spins

Sceen says that it is "checking disk format"

What is wrong?
Any and all help would be appreciated.

Original or backup disk?

Unplug the ribbon cable to the drive assembly and then plug it back in. I'll try to upload some images later on.

if you are positive that you did the a + B correctly i would definitly make sure that you u did burn the games right.
