That seems like a fairly accurate description, although there may have been some penguins involved as well.

I can not believe that ending ever existed. it is the best ending ever. Now i'm going to buy the game, play it and beat it just to see james bond jump up and down with santa.

Yes, yes it was. They sort of sponsored the game, or something. The plot had something to do about defusing these poor penguin toys as they had bombs. Or something.
