It kinda lost steam for me toward the end, but I watched the first several seasons and it was fun stuff. When they moved it from Friday to Sunday I couldn't watch it every time either.Octopod wrote:I avoided that show like the plague when it aired for some reason. I do not know why since I love nerd shows. Trek, Lost, Twin Peaks, Xena Warrior Princessetc.. I should give it a go now. How many seasons were there?

Nine seasons with two films, one of which occurs between seasons 5 and 6 and is relevant to the plot, so you should watch it then.noiseredux wrote:I think there were 7 Octo. Or maybe 9? I wasn't hardcore, but have watched them all over the years. It really was a great show.
It was my favorite television show in the 1990s. I started watching it around Season 2, and watched every week up until the release of the film, which I was unable to see due to low funds. I ended up not watching most of the sixth season because the film was related to the plot, but came back for the seventh and watched it regularly until it ended.
I've got about half the series on DVD currently, and both films, and once I've got the entire set I plan on watching all of it again. Being poor and having difficulty finding certain seasons locally is a pain in the ass.
My favorite episodes tend to be in the first couple of seasons. "Blood" is my absolute favorite episode.

Hey ya'll. Just discover this website tonight and the forum looks really cool. I love all the articles on retro games/systems on the front page. I'm a big Nintendo Fan from NES to the Wii. I'm looking forward to meeting some of you. I hope to stay.

Hello I'm Aaron, long time reader and fan (maybe an exaggeration only about 4 months lol) love old-school games and a slight Sega fan boy. Just got a Sega Saturn (wanted one since I was 6, took 12 years but I got one!) and love my Genesis. And if you want to play something on Steam, I'm always down!

Hello. Another new guy here. Been reading and lurking around here long enough that I figure I'd finally join the forums. Favorite platform is probably PS2 for that console has the best selection in my library. Otherwise anything else you all might want to know just ask.

I thought what I'd do was, I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes.
