Confused about the normal inputs on the Dreamcast VGA Box.
Confused about the normal inputs on the Dreamcast VGA Box.
So you have an audio and VGA input, but the RCA and audio connector, do I have to get separate cables for this to work? I mean when a game does not support VGA, and you want to switch to TV, you just switch it to TV mode, and change the input on the TV? I'm talking about the VGA/ with RCA/S-video inputs.

If your VGA box has both VGA and S-Video/Composite, then all you have to do is run S-Video or Composite cables from the VGA box to TV. The bypass switch on the VGA box itself allows switching between two outputs depending if DC game supports VGA or not. Then select the appropriate input on your TV.

Hmmm, so I was right. Kinda annoying since it more cabling across. I really wanted to use that input for my Saturn instead since my new TV does not have S-Video for some reason so I can't use that for that console.
