Does the game have much language? Would I be able to play through it in Japanese? I've got a modded PS2 and could easily play an imported game. I've got a Saturn (and Nights actually) I've just never played them and may be selling soon.

As far as I remember, no the game really doesn't have much language at all. I'm certain there's probably no language barriers unlike an RPG for example, so I see no reason why you couldn't get the PS2 version if you wanted.

While I cant talk about the PS2 version or the Saturn version of Nights, I have the Jap Christmas Nights and its all in english, Menu, GUI, etc. Bits of Japanese here and there but its completely playable.

I've never tried the PS2 port, but if it's the same as the Saturn version you shouldn't have anything to worry about. There's almost no text to look through in the menus, and almost every menu item is backed up by a graphic so you'll understand even if the text isn't in english.
