I recently bought a Guardian Heroes without the back cover as well. I had a friend of mine who is a graphic artist touch up and reformat the cover I found on the cover project. I printed it and placed it in the case and it fits and looks pretty good. I can email it over to you if you want to pm me your email address.
By the way, my copy was about $35 shipped and included the instruction booklet. A complete copy usually goes for close to $100. I think the trade off was well worth a printed out back insert.

I have a complete GH now. If anyone is still looking for scans, let me know. I'm going to break out the scanner tomorrow and do this properly.
