It's fake. It's been confirmed as fake by Sony themselves, and usually Sony doesn't "comment on rumours or speculation".

Like the others have said this commercial is for 3D which PS3 is now currently starting to push more and more (especially since the firmware update enabling it happened just recently). The game that is on the screen that the guy is playing is Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2; you can clearly see the title screen at 0:51

Looks more like a push on the 3D capabilities. Not only that, but considering its Modern Warfare 2 the person is playing. That alone makes it fake.
