What games should I get for a mega drive?

Zero Wing

It's actually pretty bad and thanks to it's memes it's expensive. Not worth it at all unless your definition of fun includes 20 minutes of pressing A all the time without having to do anything.

Admittedly it isn't a fantastic shmup, but it's still enjoyable. Just buy a Japanese cart and then it won't cost as much. Not like you need a European cart anyway, you already know what the badly translated intro says in English.

Get Ecco the Dolphin. The Japanese version has tons of extra features over the U.S. version like the ability to continue halfway through a level, extra stages, and a few levels are have the difficulty dumbed down a bit.

Seems like all the good genesis imports are DAMN expensive..

seems so. i'll get some down the road, atleast i still can say i own a mega drive.

Darwin 4081- another shmups that won't break the bank


Hokuto No Ken - Better than the US Last Battle.


Twinkle Tale - Don't own this but it looks awesome

I have a spare loose Curse in my trade pile. Twinkle Tale does indeed look awesome, but it it s pricey import.
