No problem. Actually, Zelda 2 is the only game from that disc i don't own in some form or another. Just posting to say that my list has gone down by one, as I just beat F Zero GX.

ALRIGHT, so I had a buddy come over today and he was really into my gaming challenge so the two of us started the only mandatory c0-0p game on the list, CONTRA, I have played a few pick up games of Contra in my time, but never sat down and really went at it, the two of us made it to the Third World before I had to go to work, we will resume playing later tonight, but wow, what a rush, and just a hell of a good time :)

Ok, Ill be playing SOTN this evening, but I do think we should leave this post for listing and discussing games.

We should start a new post per-game in the appropriate forum. Ill leave Sinickerd00dle to make the Castlevania SOTN post in the Sony forum since it is his idea.

Oh, and out of respect for the site, everyone joining in on this should also chime in on the Together Retro post and game too.

I'll gladly start up another thread about the individual games, but I will also be doing daily updates on my progress, that was the reason I started this, to do a little log that other people could read if they wanted to

I started SOTN this morning for a bit. I'm already further along then when I'd tried to play it previously, and am mostly enjoying it. I'll probably try to get in some serious time with the game this weekend. I like the different projectiles, and seem to be leaning on the rebound stone so far. Anyone else have a favorite they've been using?

I'm disappointed that even though I have sunglasses equipped, they don't actually show up on the sprite :(

No Ico for me just yet. I haven't had the SOTN time this weekend due to some unexpected time spent doing work-related stuff. If you wanted to hold off until next weekend, I could probably join you. My goal is to beat SOTN by the end of this week.

Im at about 60% in SOTN - I just got the bat ability and am at level 21.
I am digging this game. The only thing I noticed is that I am ignoring the Key Hole transports so that I can grind while backtracking.

I also hope to beat this game by the end of the week.

Oh, I am also loving this game!

EDIT: I played a couple hours tonight and I just got the Spikebreaker Armor. One more item and I'm off to the final boss.

You're doing better than me it seems. I plan to play lot more this week, but so far I am seeing this screen quite a good deal:

Still, the game is fun and has an addictive quality to it.
