Not sure how strict you're being with your challenge but that's not actually the games title.alienjesus wrote:21. Zelda: Master Quest (GC)

Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

I know, but i dont want to play Zone of the Enders. I dont think it's too much of a push to have Zelda for Z really, no more so than having Super Hang-On for H. I'm not being too strict, the idea was to beat some of my backlog. If I hadnt gone for The Legend of Zelda, I woulda had to buy another game for Z.

Alright, so progressed a little further in SOTN- taking a lunch break but I had a few comments-more like complaints actually. I find it very frustrating when you walk over a new projectile, the item you just had shoots in front of you(to make sure if you dont want the newly acquired item, that you can switch back) and then disappears shortly after. If I am in the middle of a battle and I lose my throwing knife to some fairy dust- im going to be pissed because It shot out ahead of me and I couldn't get it because I was in battle---why not just have the ability to pick from the projectiles you've picked up in the past? Also, and this is more an observation and something I'm struggling with- do you go back to the save point after a boss battle? or do you push your luck to find another one? This and the lack of health regeneration is what makes this game so difficult, which is to be appreciated, I am just wondering how risky I want to be.

You could always just go with 'Zelda II: The Adventure of Link' but I'm not sure if you're that masochistic.alienjesus wrote:I know, but i dont want to play Zone of the Enders. Well, I probably am (I already beat Ecco, and I'm playing F Zero GX), but the problem again is that I don't own the game. If I did, it would have been my choice, but as I don't, I just decided to beat one of the zelda games I do own but havent finished. My other options were Twilight Princess and Spirit Tracks.Flake wrote:You could always just go with 'Zelda II: The Adventure of Link' but I'm not sure if you're that masochistic.alienjesus wrote:I know, but i dont want to play Zone of the Enders. Uh... find a place to hide and crouch for a bit. It auto-regenerates health slowly.Snickerd00dle wrote:Alright, so progressed a little further in SOTN- taking a lunch break but I had a few comments-more like complaints actually. Ha, its cool, I was like, I guess I will need to pay attention better next time, but it looks like I will have to stick to the old debate of go back to save point or brave on, but yeah, I will need to stock up on some health supplies most likelyAppleQueso wrote:

You know, I just now remembered that the Master Quest version of Ocarina of Time is a on a different disc than the Collectors Edition that had Zelda II. I was thinking that if you had one you had the other. Oops. Game on, friend.alienjesus wrote:Well, I probably am (I already beat Ecco, and I'm playing F Zero GX), but the problem again is that I don't own the game.
