Dreamcast games...what if?...
So I recently headed back to college to finally get my degree in Visual Communications and we just started messing around with photoshop and I figured I'd post this here just as a fun little "what if?" and to see what you guys think? Bare in mind, I had to severely reduce the image quality to be able to post this so it may not look as good as it once did.

Re: Dreamcast games...what if?...
Apparently, at one time, Halo was in production for the Dreamcast and PS2. It would have been cool to see them on there.

Halo was at one point being made for the mac as well. Just imagine how computer gaming would be if Halo had actually released on it instead?
Re: Dreamcast games...what if?...
Very hard to say if Halo itself will be able to save the SEGA Dreamcast, as its original intended release would be in mid-2001.
Recently I did read an article on under-appreciated games, the and Sierra's Tribes was consider the pioneer in on-line FPS, just about 1 whole year before Halo.
But who knows if MS didn't bought out Bungie studios, and Bungie first release Halo on PC first, then consoles later?

I think it would have spelled the end for Halo and Bungie, instead of the start of a Mac gaming revolution.AppleQueso wrote:Halo was at one point being made for the mac as well. Just imagine how computer gaming would be if Halo had actually released on it instead?

Yup. All the PC-guys would have mocked it for being too colorful, if it even would have been noticed.dsheinem wrote:I think it would have spelled the end for Halo and Bungie, instead of the start of a Mac gaming revolution.AppleQueso wrote:Halo was at one point being made for the mac as well. It's funny how the platform means so much!
