What games should I get for a mega drive?

I just picked up a mega drive (japan model HAA-2510) from a yard sale for $5. I really don't know much about these. Is there any cheap games I should get?

(Yes, I plan to take it apart and clean it up, I have a dreamcast to clean as well.)

well i already have a sega model 1 with cd and 32x, a cdx, and a model 3 genesis. i have a ton of US released games, but I want a few japan ones, maybe something with little text as i can't read japanese.

Why are you listing duplicates? Of all the titles that saw both US and JP releases I would only recommend Bare Knuckle III.

Zero Wing

It's actually pretty bad and thanks to it's memes it's expensive. Not worth it at all unless your definition of fun includes 20 minutes of pressing A all the time without having to do anything.
