Legal hell will break loose if anyone tries to sell a Sonic hack repros. This is a windows game, like the majority of Sonic fangames.

Actually Sega give(s) the Sonic fandom a bit of leeway when it comes to making fangames. Heck, some fanart was even used/plagiarised by Sumo when they made Sonic All-Star Racing. But they will strike fiercely with their legal hammer if one is caught leaking or distributing said leaks of any of their key titles.

Hey I know that dude. He's been working on this game for a long time but I think it'll probably be released. And chances are good it will be better than Sonic 4.
