But not be super crazy expensive. (Less than 50 would be preferable. I'm not made of money.) I saw this on amazon, but there was no customer reviews and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with it.
It looks like junk but it might be adequate. There are two that are sitting at my local Play N Trade for 10 bucks but I cant get over how crappy the buttons feel. The joysticks on those use dip switches so I guess thats cool.

10 bucks local, the way to go! You could always mod it later with some Happ Buttons.

I guess I could. I never thought about ditching the buttons. I wonder if that could work. It had these big buttons. They will probably be sitting there for awhile. I'll get them next time I'm over there to see how well they work.

Might work out fine. My Blaze Dual Twin Shock buttons had such a short throw, turns out better for response. I did take the it apart and put a slight bit of WD-40 around the buttons. just sparingly so it wouldn't drip down into the electrical contacts.Betamax001 wrote:I guess I could. I know if you look around you can get a used Hori Tekken 5 stick for around 30-40 bucks. Stock, it's adequate, but it's very moddable.

I've heard the Street Fighter 15th Anniversary stick for PS2 works great.

Amazing stick, but Happ Parts if that's a problem. Personally I loved mine for the general build quality, but absolutely hated the big, clunky, slow feeling of American style buttons over nice short-throw, easy fire Japanese parts.Weekend_Warrior wrote:I've heard the Street Fighter 15th Anniversary stick for PS2 works great.
