Does the saturn have a better RGB output than the Dreamcast?

With the Saturn, I don't think it matters what output you use. The graphics will still be blocky and pixilated as all hell.

I find the saturns 2d output via rgb on a decent crt excellent

Maybe my all time favourite looking 2d display, vibrant, crisp and well defined
