So I just got Star Wars Arcade today from a local retro shop but I cannot get it to work. I know my 32X is working just fine because Knuckles Chaotix booted up first try and I cleaned the hell out of the contacts.
All I get is the splash screen that says "This product is produced or licensed by Sega..." and then BLACK SCREEN OF DEATH and I've been trying to get it to work for close to half an hour now.
Any tips on what I can do short of exchanging the game for another copy?

Even after cleaning the contacts.. do you notice any corrosion or severe wearing of the pins? Also, maybe you should make sure it is the proper region that matches your console.
Other than that, could be a blown cart dude. Get yer money back. Good game tho.

Probably a dead cart then...dang, I really wanted to play it today; but I did see that the store had another copy. I'll have to go back and get later this week.
