Anyone know of any good games like Imperium Galactica 2?

I tried Sins of a Solar Empire, but found the space battles boring, and didn't like the fact that I couldn't build each planet like I wanted.

I want a game that not only features epic space battles, but also detailed planet building (aka zooming into it and building it yourself)

The space RTS/4x subgenre is quite a limited one.

There's Star Wars: Empire at War and Space Rangers 2. And what about the old Master of Orion games?
