PS2 memory cards at Walmart - 2 for $9.99

I was shopping at a Walmart last night and I saw they were clearing out Sony PS2 memory cards, a 2-pack (red & blue 8MB) for $9.99. You might want to check your local Walmart to see if they have the same deal if you're in the area.

I went to another Walmart nearby and they had them on sale but it was for $19.99 (apparently the regular price is $29.99).

I was needing some because I have to transfer some saves to my ps3 but you apparently can't use 3rd party cards for that.

Where? I don't ever see them for sale used at gamestop. Ebay doesn't have too many listed...mostly 3rd party cards.
