If its a NTSC version of Stadium Evens, you got it. Not that hard, people will be trying to pawn off PAL copies (look at the stamps on them) as well as repro's to make cash.

If you ever manage to see a copy at a price you can afford (ie not thousands) grap it anyhow, even if it is a PAL copy it still goes for like $150+ so who cares.

A really easy way to identify it is like this, if you have it, it aint it.

The PAL and NTSC copy (1 each) are the only versions that there are?
There are thousands copies of the game, they just have a different title.
Is there really only 10 copies of the NTSC thought to exist?
Wiki says 200, with less than 20 complete copies and 2 factor sealed (Known).

If it says Stadium Events, the writing in the bottom left hand corner says usa, the yes you have the winner.

RB claims there was 2000 copies.

A repro cart, if anyone would be making them, would be made to fool the consumer. The first thing to tell would be to compare everything on the label to make sure it matches everything. Or you could just open up the cart and in about 5 seconds you could tell if it was repro. Though more than likely you will never run into an ntsc version, or even a pal version in the wild.
