Seems like it was in development at one time - if this video is to be believed!

The only way to deactivate the ray beam and fight back the vampire alien threat is with a complicated series of foot patterns on the device's control board that looks remarkably like a DDR pad. We will all praise this man for saving our lives and buy him a mountain of stuffed animals.

There are people saying that this is nothing more than a Goldeneye: Rogue Agent DS mod.
As for me, I hardly believe Microsoft would let it's biggest franchise to be released outside the Xbox or the PC. If that means Halo DS never existed, of it was in production at some time but later cancelled precisely because of what I just said, I don't know...

Yeah, someone posted a video on Youtube comparing the Halo DS footage to the Golden Eye game, and in the comments someone who worked on the halo DS project posted about how they used that Rouge Agents engine to show to Microsoft a rough idea what it would be like, and that they would revamp it if the project got the go ahead.

Hmm.... Hence the "Model Viewer" option and the lack of developer or IP holder branding on the start screen. No Microsoft, no Bungie Studios, no nothing.GagaMan wrote:Yeah, someone posted a video on Youtube comparing the Halo DS footage to the Golden Eye game, and in the comments someone who worked on the halo DS project posted about how they used that Rouge Agents engine to show to Microsoft a rough idea what it would be like, and that they would revamp it if the project got the go ahead.
That, to me, is the most plausible explanation I have heard over the last few days.
Well, I was googling random XboX crap and found a site that posted a rumor telling that Bungie plans to leave M$ to work on other projects. Personally, I think this is some kind of sham. Like extrarice said, there's no IP Holder, Bungie logo, or M$ logo.
Also, "Triple A Developer?" Bungie can't develop a good game if their lives depended on it.

I respectfully disagree.GSZX1337 wrote:Also, "Triple A Developer?" Bungie can't develop a good game if their lives depended on it.
I eat my words, but I still don't like Halo.extrarice wrote:I respectfully disagree.GSZX1337 wrote:Also, "Triple A Developer?" Bungie can't develop a good game if their lives depended on it.
