agree. I'd say the first half is good, but the 2nd half just drops the ball.

To me, Street Fighter: The Movie has grown to be a "so bad that its good" kind of movie. The Animated Movie on the other hand is superior in many ways, but I think the movie is just average, its an average anime.

Ah... Street Fighter I love the wonderful way in which they managed to squeeze in loads of characters from the game only to have the majority of them do pretty much nothing.
