What do you read on "the throne"?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Gameboys were designed to be taken into the bathroom.

If you're getting enough fiber in your diet, you don't have time to play gameboy or read magazines.

A high-fiber diet will change your life.

Remind me to never buy a used gameboy from Luke.

I usually read Garfield comic books whilst dropping the browns off at the super bowl.

That description makes no sense. Everyone knows the Browns don't ever go to the Super Bowl.

were you a competitive runner? high school? college?

is retro mag worth it? isn't it pretty damn expensive for a yearly subscription?
Never ran competitively, I actually wrestled in high school. I just really enjoy it as a hobby. Runner's World has great bite size articles.

Retro mag is probably worth a look at least once, even though it costs $10 an issue at Barnes & Noble. I don't have a subscription to it, but it has to be less than $120 a year! I'm no hard core anglophile, but I do enjoy reading what was going on in the UK while I was gaming here as a kid.

I get a few magazines regularly- Scientific American, Nat Geo, Dwell and The Horse Backstreet Choppers. I used to buy retro gamer but it just really never interest me anymore when I flip through it at B&N. The good thing about RG though is that it holds its value well. When I sold all of my back issues a couple months ago I actually made money off of them, just a few bucks but still, better than loosing money.

I was reading Beowulf again but I finished it. I like to take baths and read also though, I guess it is my feminine side.

I take whatever book I'm working my way through.

Right now I'm going through The Crying of Lot 49. Good stuff.

Hrm, I don't think the question was outright posed as a topic in the earlier thread. But to be fair, I didn't search for "what do you read whilst shitting?" beforehand. ;)

yeah I know. I Just thought it was hilarious that we actually did have a thread like this before... even funnier that the title of the thread wasn't related at all.
