Cancer for me too, I quit smoking because of that and I still want to smoke I dont think that ever goes away.

a gunshot to the head, but you survive, and die later due to compications...i can't imagine that would be fun

i know someone who died of colon cancer. Watching him slowly deteriorate every day and knowing you have less than a year to live is the worst.

I've had enough close calls in my life to not really give a f**k how I go. But the worst way I can think of would be starvation... after a week or two without food your body would begin to shut down, and you would die a slow, agonizing death as your body lingers while it consumes itself... well gotta go, it's lunchtime!
