Do coloured PSone controllers exist?

Does anyone know if there were ever any coloured versions of the original Playstation controller? The digital controller, without the analog sticks.

I've never seen one, and as far as I know there aren't any, but I figured you guys would be the best to ask.

Edit: Didn't know canadians spelled it "coloured" (with a u) thought that was only a british thing.

I've never seen that prototype before, I really like it. It's almost like a upside down Saturn controller. Just imagine how different things would be if 6 face buttons and two shoulder buttons had became the standard for controllers instead of 4 face and 4 shoulder.
