Yay. Did you buy an assembled kit, or loose parts? I went for the parts myself so I could have fun soldering it up. I'd never done a chip as small as that surface mount guy in there though. If he sent you silver screws like he did me, find some black ones so the s-video plus looks cleaner on the back. 8)

I had posted pictures after I finished mine last fall. I must have cleaned them out of my web storage though. I can retake to compare and contrast once you're done. :)
