Re: Criterion Collectors?
I've seen Pink Flamingos, Female Trouble, Desperate Living, Multiple Maniacs, and A Clockwork Orange. I'm not mentioning horror films or Gregg Araki.Snickerd00dle wrote:That movie is real good, def up there on the messed up movie list, and ive seen quite a few fucked up moviesOctopod wrote:Salo: 120 days of Sodom

Some large chain stores will stock the more well known titles that are still in print. I picked up Brazil and Naked Lunch from Fry's and I'm pretty sure I remember seeing Brazil in a Best Buy years ago. Out of print and more niche titles will probably have to be found at smaller stores.boobie wrote:so i am going to the states soon and i am a huge film buff and got really curious about these.. so i was wondering to they sell these in just about any regular stores or do i need to go search some more specific ones?

Seven Samurai, Throne of Blood, Tokyo Story, and Rashomon only right now.
I used to have Tokyo Drifter, Hidden Fortress, Le Samurai, Straw Dogs, The Rock, Man Eat Dog, Rushmore, Royal Tenenbaums, Chasing Amy, Life Aquatic, Haxan, and more I can't think of. Unfortunately, I sold them and all other of my 300+DVDs on eBay because I needed the money. I miss Haxan. I need my B&W silent witchcraft history documentary fix.

Currently Playing: Resident Evil 5 Gold (PS3), Chrono Trigger (SNES), Conker's Bad Fur Day (N64), and the waiting game . . . for my Gold n' Wood Neo Geo.
