Nice list! I was so into reading the descriptions that halfway through the very comprehensive list I was thinking, "I bet people at RacketBoy would enjoy this!" :)

I see no mention of Command & Conquer. List is fail.

I've read /v/s lists before, they're quite good. Never actually read /v/ though. It is a wiki, so you can probably add something if you want.
