Here's a little preview of the upcoming sequel to the Witcher. I think it looks rather bad ass, and the graphics you see (though cut scenes) are all using the in-game engine.
The game.

Will have to re-install Witcher 1 even though I don't necessarily like fantasy it had a certain charm to it
I'm going to hold out maybe a 360 version will be announced I didn't really like the control scheme of the first.

Oh boy, gonna have to play through the first. I have it, but never really played due to the fact that I was gifted Dragon Age and got into that.
Re: The Witcher 2: Assassin's of Kings
i never beat the first witcher. Like may RPGs i get caught up in real life for too long and then lose my place in the game. Then... kinda... never go back.
BUT- the time i did put in on that game was FAN-FUCKING-TASTIC. I've been waiting to forget about it and then re-start it.
Looking forward to the sequel. Did the 360 version of the witcher ever get off the ground? I heard it it was killed. 'rise of the white wolf' i think it was called...

I always wanted to play the Witcher
You think its worth it? Any comments about this game?

It's based on Bioware's Aurora engine, so controlling is similar to Dragon Age. However, it does have timed clicking for combat, so if you click at the right rate you combo. Otherwise pretty standard WRPG fare.
