Don't suppose anyone else has ever had this problem here?
I sold my copy of Zelda for the Wii, which I only played for a total of 6 hours, and had no scratches. When the person I sold it to received it, she contactd me back saying the game didn't work on her wii or on her mte's one either (gave her a disc error), so I let her end it back, to which if it was faulty I would refund it. When I got it back it worked perfectly fine, but she's still convinced it was faulty and wans her money back.
Any idea what I should do? Refund her and sell it again or send it back to her, refusing to refund it, and thus probably getting bad feedback? This is a real pain and not very fair =Z

Legaly she can send it back for no reason and get a full refund as she didint get to see the product before she bought it.
If she paid through pay pay do a refund (dont just send the money back to her do a refund) that wasy you wont lose money through pay pal. Then if you tell ebay that she sent it back and you gave her a refund you dont need to pay ebay for the auction.
Youll still lose money on the postage but atleast you can resell it and its easyer than having to argue with her.

Yeah ebay is as much a curse as a blessing.
I bought a DC pack that contained acosole, a copy of shenmue , and a few other games. I paid instantly as I normally do and instead of being sent the item the person sent me a message telling me to pay them extra money ( an extra $200 for postage on top of the $30 i'd already paid) or I wouldn't get the item. Well I told them to keep it and give a refund to which they agreed but no refund came. After a few messages went unanswered I decided to complain to ebay which proved to be a complete waste of time.
Long story short the member in question got a few other bad feedbacks left on their account and one oneday they were no longer a registered user, so trying to get my $140 back aint gonna happen.

You should have gone though paypal rather than ebay, paypal normily take the buyers side but it can take up to 2 months

It's been a few months since it happened so I'm guessing not. Christ I wish he wasn't on the other side of the planet so I could give em a visit in person.
