Grim Grimoire looks amazing on PS3+42" Plasma

Finally got my hands on this game, paid £8 including postage.

It looks amazing on PS3. I was seriously amazed out how well this game is upscaled to 1080p on the PS3.

That does look really good! I was having trouble with Disgaea 2 looking like ass on my 32 inch, I might go try this to see for myself

This is PC gamer blasphemy, but the most fun I ever had with an RTS is Grim Grimoire.

I only have Disgaea 1, So I can't verify what the sequel looks like on my setup. Please bear in mind that I am using a Panasonic Viera which are well-renowned for their upscalers, so that might have played a part in how good it looks.

I just wish I still had my PS2 here to test how that looks in comparison, I'd like to make some kind of comparison on how well certain games look with upscaling+no-smoothing, upscaling+smoothing, no-upscaling+smoothing and no-upscaling+no-smoothing.

That's looks amazing! Wow, I never thought it would upscale so good. I'd also like to see the comparison how it's upscaled betweed the PS3 and PS2.

For those of you with BC PS3s Persona 3, Persona 4 and Odins Sphere (not surprising due to grimgrimoire's quality) upscale really well, but you have to turn smoothing off for the persona game.

Rogue Galaxy and Dragon Quest 8 upscale well, I think partially due to them being cell-shaded.

Gonna keep trying other games and post results.
