I wish I had the space.

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

I wish I had the space.

Okay I checked out the classifieds for yard sales and one had arcade games listed, I thought they meant video games. I went there and it turns out they meant arcade cabinets. There were two of them I didn't even take a good look because I knew I didnt have the space.

Yeah, two reasons why arcade games are a real kick in the balls.
1. Price
2. Space

I always said that once I bought a house, I'd finally break down and get a cabinet or two since I'd have room. Yea, that didn't pan out too well. It seems like it doesn't matter how much space you have, it's never actually enough :(

Just out of curiousity, but what arcade games did this yard sale have? And what was he asking for them?

Price really isnt a problem for the vast majority of the games. I mean most people imagine them being thousands, but at the last auction I went to we spent $500 and came back with SCUD racing and a Rush 2049 cab. Then my friend realized they wouldnt fit in his condo (three inchs to wide, he miss measured). Granted he went to another one last weekend and came back with five, I havent seen him sense so I dont know what he got, other than a Golden Tee 99 and (another) MvC Competition
