i purchased a factory-sealed copy of final fantasy III for snes at a used cd store in washington dc for twenty dollars.
i also got a cd-i at goodwill for like 4 or 5 bucks once but that wasn't as good as the FFIII deal.
oh yeah also i got a boxed 3DO FZ-1 for 15 bucks and a slew of japanese DC games for like 3 bucks each at a garage sale in my hometown. kinda weird to see japanese anything at a garage sale, let alone dc games.
Memorable Deals!!!

yeah i know, it is weird to see japanese games like that. and i hate it when i ask to see an import they are like "uh you are going to need an import adapter for that". like i do not fucking know that. do i look like a fucking 7 year old with no neck? fucking ass licks. but yeah sometimes you find a jap game for a great price sometimes they charge a ridiculous amount. i got street fighter for 25 bucks brand new from jap. there is also a snk vc capcom 2 there for 35. it aint brand new but the disc is seriously in new condition. almost makes me want to cash in my coin collection and just buy up everything in sight.
the swap meets around me usually have regular games like nfl 2k2 way over priced at like 30 dollars or something. but thats when you go to the normal seller who is just selling shit he thinks is junk. thats how i got my dreamcast. a memorable deal for me in itself. a dreamcast one vmu two controllers (1 red official and the other white official) and my choice of 2 of 3 games. sonic adventures crazy taxi or dead or alive 2. took crazy taxi and dead or alive 2. i would wait for the sonic i thought. but yeah anyone notice how the people who sell video games but dont play them are real assholes. those are the people man that stare at wherever you are in the store and do not pay attention to ya because you do not dress all nice and have your hair combed. wtf am i talking about. i just hate the way people stare at me like that i guess. i got issues and articles. along with some magazine subsciptions.
