They can always take cues from the likes of Tectoy in Brazil and the movie industry in Russia.

Do you think Sony would be able to find out who is playing backup games and ban their account from going online or worse?

Agree, pretty much if you hack your PS3, risk losing your account or worse yellow light of death when going on line ..............

Yep the ISOs are there, games have been dumped for ages. Nobody can do anything with them though.
