I've made a promise to myself not to buy Mass Effect 2 until I finish Dragon Age. Can't wait to play it though, the first one was great!

yeah.... i completely abandoned dragon age for mass effect.

I've been telling myself i'll only play for an hour or so before going to bed and that has turned into me going to bed when the sun comes out. Brutal. I'm loving it though.

I can't remember the last time a game has had me up late like this.

My english teacher is basically a 30 year old nerd who hasn't pulled his life together yet. At the beginning of the week he told us the week was going to suck, merely because he couldnt wait to go home and play mass effect 2 all weekend.

How is it so addicting!

Why oh why must Mass Effect 3 be so far away?

I had abandoned Fallout 3 to play the first Mass Effect with the intentions of going back to finish it, and unfortunately I haven't touched the game since. :(

I figure I'm going to play through Dragon Age: Origins, then move on to Mass Effect 2, and then eventually go back to Fallout. I know if I stop playing Dragon Age now, I'll probably never finish it.

I just started playing. I am loving it so far. The combat system is a total Gears of War take off and it works great. I love the fact that I could transfer my ME1 save. It definitely makes the game a whole lot more enjoyable and rich.

So frustrating, I REALLY want to play this, but I haven't even finished one playthrough of Dragon Age. Also, Mass Effect 2's import feature compels me to go back to Mass Effect 1 and get that perfect playthrough to carry over to Mass Effect 2. I never did get to level 60 either or get all the achievements and I hear Mass Effect 2 has bonuses for both of those things.

It seems like a horrible thing to say, but I almost wish ME 2 hadn't come out for a couple more months. I'm not ready for it yet darnit! But I'm hearing everyone talk about it and how awesome it is

I am finally at the last battle in Dragon Age, and my Fallout 3: GOTY edition should be here soon, so I'll be playing that for the first time. I'll probably play a few shorter titles in between, though. Of course there's a DA expansion coming in March, too...

I don't get the hype for Mass Effect 1 or 2. What about the games makes them so good? Is it just the fact that it's an action RPG set in space?
