I have tried with alcohol but it still kinda dirty especially the Dreamcast its a bit yellow and its annoying

It might not be dirt. The plastic might be yellowing. Has it been around cigarette smoke a lot?

I think we have a thead around here on how to remove the yellow staining, but anyway I say look for cleaners with mild traces of bleach. Some people say it damages the surface though, but I've never seen any damage, and it seems to brighten the casing up nicely while cleaning it as well.

thx the dreamcast is now clean but how should i clean colered console wont the bleach kinda screw the color on a saturn,megadrive???

noo but the color got fucked up when i used bleach like instead of they being black theyr like greyish :S

Yeah bleach will remove color. I believe the advice was just for the yellow staining on the dreamcast.
